PCB fabrication, PCB assembly and product design are marked Coming Soon; no order forms for these services are active.

Files and review results

Parsed rows and review results are held in page memory. Clear the file, reload the page, or close the tab to discard them. We do not use local storage, browser databases, or application analytics to retain your BOM. Downloaded exports remain on your device, under your control.

Formulas are not evaluated. Use literal manufacturer part numbers. For spreadsheet safety, exports prefix formula-like values with an apostrophe; this can change their displayed representation when opened as raw CSV.

Searches and hosting

Individual part searches use a URL query parameter. The URL and ordinary request metadata may appear in your browser history and the hosting provider’s access logs. Completed on-demand assessments are saved by component identity; we do not store a per-user search history. Private site access is controlled by the hosting platform, whose authentication and infrastructure policies apply.

A private review link is not a public launch. Search-engine directives also request no indexing, but access control is provided by the host.

Saved on-demand assessments

Searching for a part without a saved catalog match starts discovery automatically when we can select a connected source to check. This sends only the selected MPN and manufacturer to our server. We retrieve public Würth general-purpose MLCC tables and save technical source snapshots and directional assessment results in the site's database. No BOM file, quantities, reference designators or other rows are sent.

Returning to a component may load its saved assessment without contacting a manufacturer. Source snapshots and assessments are normally rechecked after seven days; “Recheck sources” requests a fresh check. These records contain public component information and are reusable within this private site. They persist after closing the page. Stock and price responses remain separate and are not saved in this store.

New assessments currently use automated specification checks. No component data is sent to an AI provider. AI generation and broader supplier discovery are not connected yet.

Optional live sourcing

When Mouser is connected, pressing “Check Mouser” sends only the selected MPN and manufacturer to our server and Mouser for stock, pricing, and a product link. No BOM file, quantities, reference designators, or other rows are sent. No sourcing request is made automatically when you upload a file. The panel shows whether the connection is available.

The app does not store supplier responses in a database or log lookup payloads. Results remain in page memory until the selection changes or the page is cleared or closed. Mouser processes these requests under its own policies; hosting infrastructure may record request metadata.

External websites

Clicking a distributor link opens its product page or sends the selected MPN to its search page. Clicking a source opens the manufacturer’s website. These sites have their own privacy policies. External links open with referrer suppression and cannot access this workspace’s file contents.

Advertising and affiliate links

This pilot displays sample banner placements only on populated comparison pages. No live ad scripts, advertising cookies, or affiliate tracking are active. The BOM workspace has no advertising. Before a public ad launch, this policy and the consent implementation must be updated to match the configured services.
